بررسی عددی تمرکز و جداسازی سلول‌های هم‌اندازه با امواج آکوستیک سطحی

چکیده

تشخیص و تحلیل سلول‌های تومور در گردش می‌تواند اطلاعات مهمی برای جلوگیری از گسترش سرطان ارائه کند، سرطانی که سالانه جان میلیون‌ها انسان را در سراسر جهان می‌گیرد. بنابراین محققان در تلاش‌اند راهی برای تشخیص و جداسازی این سلول‌های سرطانی بیابند. در این پژوهش از کد اوپن‌فوم برای شبیه‌سازی تمرکز و جداسازی گلبول سفید از سلول سرطان پروستات، با استفاده از امواج آکوستیک سطحی ایستا و متحرک در 2بخش و بدون نیاز به جریان جانبی استفاده شده است. در بخش اول سلول‌ها به کمک امواج ایستا در مرکز کانال متمرکز می‌شوند. سپس، در بخش بعد به کمک امواج متحرک گلبول سفید خون به‌سمت مخالف رانده می‌شود و 2سلول با نرخ بازیابی 100درصد از یکدیگر جدا می‌شوند.

Numerical Simulation of Same-sized Cells Focusing and Separation with Surface Acoustic Waves

چکیده English

Detection and analysis of circulating tumor cells can provide important information to prevent the spread of cancer, which annually kills millions of people worldwide. So the researchers are trying to find a way to separate these cancer cells for detecting them. In this study, the OpenFOAM code was used to simulate the sheathless focusing and separation of White Blood Cells from Prostate cancer cells using standing and traveling surface acoustic waves in two stages. In the first stage, cells are focused in the center of the channel utilizing standing waves. Then, with the aid of traveling waves, the white blood cells are pushed to the opposite side and the two cells are separated by 100% efficiency.
