In the present work, effect of changing the geometry of a wavy heat sink by adding microtube and using nanoparticles to cool a CPU has been investigated. Also, the effect of sliding speed in the walls of this heat sink has been investigated based on degree of hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of the surfaces. Comparison of two modes with and without microtube shows that the addition of microtube significantly increases the overall thermal coefficient of system. Also, the presence of microtube due to increasing the heat transfer surface and reducing the thermal resistance of remote areas of the processor, causes more uniform distribution of CPU surface temperature. The results of comparing the non-slip mode and slip lengths of 2, 4 and 8 μm show that the mass flow rate of slip length with 8 μm is 45% higher than the non-slip microchannel. In a flow with a constant pressure drop, the flow velocity increases as the slip length increases.
