A Note for the Authors and Referees
The Engineering Scientific of Mechanics Journal in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad( always welcome to receive original research of researchers and academics in Mechanical Engineering. The manuscripts should have enough information in such a way that the reader can use them properly, all assumptions, applications and limitations of used methods should be clear and understandable.
It is expected that the authors consider the validation and verification of results and discuss about the obtained errors carefully.
In this Journal a two pages extended abstract in Persian and in English (contain of all parts of the paper) is required after review process and before issuing the acceptance letter. A sample one can be found in the Journal website which be used for indexing of the Journal in Scopus, JCR and ISI citation indexes in future.
The Journal has its own right in scientific and literary writing editing.
About the Journal Field
The Journal of Applied and Computational Sciences in Mechanics will publish original researches in Mechanical Engineering to develop the research in Engineering and providing scientific connection between academics. The Editorial Board only consider the manuscripts that have not been already published anywhere else, except those that have been published in conference proceedings which are reviewed as normal papers. The authors can send the paper in free format initially in order to save the review processing time.
Journal History
After 21 years of publishing, the Journal has been divided to four specialized ones in 2009. The “Journal of Applied and Computational Sciences in Mechanics” is one of these Journals which is supported by Department of Mechanical Engineering.
The Review Procedure
All corresponding in the Journal are performed confidentially and the reviewers receive the manuscript in blind form and the authors also are informed about the comments given by the reviewers and not their names.

Website Archiving
All of our electronic content (website, manuscripts, etc.) is stored on two different sources. Content on one server is online and accessible to the readers. The copy of the same content is kept as a backup on one other sources. In case of failure of one server, any one of the other sources can be made online and website expected to be accessible within less than 24-36 hours.
Abstracting/Indexing Services
Our journal’s Abstracting/Indexing services store many essential information about the articles. Additionally, our journal’s Abstracting/Indexing services (Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) ) archive not only the metadata about the article, but the electronic versions of the articles, as well. Therefore, copies of the articles are available to the scientific community through their systems as an alternative to the journals own.
Self-Archiving
Authors may archive the final published version of their articles in personal or institutional repositories immediately after publication.
Charge of submission and publication
The publishing fee, 2000000 Rials, will be received from the authors of the paper.

Indexing and Abstarting
The Journal of Applied and Computational Sciences in Mechanics is now doing Abstracting/Indexing service information about the articles. Additionally, the EBSCO archives not only the metadata about the article, but also the electronic versions of the articles from date 1/1/2016. Therefore, copies of the articles are available to the scientific community through their systems as an alternative to the journals own.
