مدل سازی قطرۀ پایدار معلق در بخار به کمک روش شبکۀ بولتزمان
پس از تعریف حالت تعادل براساس تابع انرژی آزاد مناسب و تلفیق آن با الگوریتم شبکۀ بولتزمان، سیستم دوفازی بخار – مایع مدل سازی شده است که رفتار آن از معادلات پیوستگی و ناویر – استوکس پیروی می کند. به کمک مدل توسعه یافته ابتدا سطح تماس مسطح (Planar Interface) حل شده و نتایج با نتایج تئوری مقایسه گردیده است. سپس قطرۀ معلق در فضای بخار تحت بررسی قرار گرفته و نتایج به دست آمده برای قطرۀ پایدار با نتایج تئوری مقایسه شده است.

یک روش ترکیبی جدید برای مدلسازی سینماتیک مستقیم روباتهای موازی
برخلاف روباتهای سری، مسئلۀ سینماتیک مستقیم روباتهای موازی بسیار پیچیده است و در حالت کلی نمیتوان یک پاسخ تحلیلی برای آن پیدا کرد. بههمین دلیل در بیشتر موارد از روشهای عددی برای حل این مسئله استفاده میشود که نسبتاً زمانبر میباشند. از طرفی کاهش زمان صرفشده برای محاسبات سینماتیکی، در کاربردهایی مانند کنترل بلادرنگ، از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار میباشد. در این مقاله، با ترکیب شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی و یک تکنیک عددی مرتبه 3، یک روش ترکیبی جدید برای تحلیل سینماتیک مستقیم روباتهای موازی پیشنهاد شدهاست که سرعت حل این مسئله را بهطور قابلملاحظهای افزایش میدهد. در این روش ابتدا با استفاده از شبکههای عصبی یک پاسخ تقریبی از مسئلۀ سینماتیک مستقیم روبات ایجاد میشود. سپس این پاسخ تقریبی بهعنوان حدس اولیۀ روش عددی مرتبه 3 در نظر گرفته میشود که با حل معادلات سینماتیک مستقیم، پاسخ مورد نظر را با دقت دلخواه محاسبه میکند. کارآیی روش پیشنهادی در ارتباط با یک روبات موازی فضایی از نوع 3-PSP بررسی شده و نشان داده شده است که استفاده از این روش میتواند در دقتهای بالا تعداد تکرارها را بهمیزان 35 درصد و زمان تحلیل سینماتیک مستقیم روبات را به اندازۀ 12 درصد کاهش دهد.

ساختاری جدید از ربات سیار چرخدار چندحالته با کنترل ارتفاع در سطوح ناهموار
در این مقاله، توانایی حرکتی ربات سیار چرخدار با فراهم آوردن ساختاری نوین افزایش مییابد. ساختار چندحالتۀ پیشنهادی با توجه به طراحی خاص، توانایی تبدیل ربات دوچرخ به چهار چرخ را دارد. این طراحی توانایی حرکت همزمان بدنۀ ربات و جابهجایی بازو را هنگام حرکت در سطح ناهموار دارد. برخلاف اغلب رباتهای سیار، ربات بدون استفاده از بازوان مدولار متصل به بدنه، قابلیت یک بازوی رباتیکی را در محور میانی دارد. این نقطه بهعنوان مجری نهایی در محل یک مفصل غیرفعال است. از اینرو میتواند حامل تجهیزات هدایت و بینایی ربات سیار باشد و بدون موتور محرکۀ جدید از فرمان های کنترل ارتفاع پیروی کند. این طراحی خلاقانه و ساده میتواند عملکرد قابل قبولی را تضمین کند. در پایان، ویژگی حرکتی ربات در مسیرهای مختلف برای پنجه، روی سطوح ناهموار شبیه سازی میگردد.

بررسی جذب انرژی در جزء فداشوندۀ لکوموتیو ER24PC زیمنس
در اکثر وسایل نقلیه برای جلوگیری از خسارتها و یا کاهش آن از سیستم های جاذب انرژی استفاده می شود. در این مقاله جذب انرژی در جزء فداشوندۀ لکوموتیو ER24PC زیمنس مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. پس از معرفی و نحوۀ عملکرد این قطعه در حین برخورد، مدلسازی آن در نرم افزار آباکوس انجام شده و خصوصیات برخورد آن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اینکه شکل جزء فداشوندۀ لکوموتیو زیمنس هرمی است بهمنظور بررسی صحت نتایج حل عددی از یک حل تحلیلی استفاده شده است. در ادامه بهعلت اینکه ضخامت ورق جزء فداشونده زیاد است و در حین برخورد ممکن است پاره شود استفاده از مدل آسیب مناسب در شبیه سازی های عددی ضروری است. از سه مدل آسیب استفاده شده در این مقاله، یک مدل آسیب در خود نرم افزار وجود دارد و برای دو مدل آسیب دیگر کدنویسی انجام شده است و با مقایسۀ نتایج حل عددی با نتایج تست آزمایشگاهی مدل آسیب مطلوب مشخص شده است. بهعلاوه صحت مدل آسیب مطلوب از طریق استاندارد ECE R 66 بررسی شده است. سپس برای بهبود جذب انرژی در طی برخورد از فوم های فلزی بهعنوان جاذب انرژی استفاده شده است. در نهایت عملکرد جزء فداشونده پرشده از فوم با جزء فداشوندۀ خالی مقایسه شده و عملکرد و بازدهی فوم داخل جزء فداشونده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.

عیبیابی خودکار کمپرسور سهبالهای با استفاده از تبدیل موجک و ماشین بردار پشتیبان
در این مقاله روشی ارائه شده است که بتوان با آموزش یک سیستم هوشمند، ماشین آلات صنعتی را بهصورت خودکار عیب یابی کرد. یک کمپرسور سهباله ای بهعنوان نمونه ای از یک ماشین صنعتی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روش ارائهشده برای آموزش سیستم هوشمند از مرحلۀ داده برداری، تحلیل سیگنال و سیستم هوشمند تشخیص الگو تشکیل شده است. در گام اول با داده برداری از سیگنال شتاب کمپرسور سالم و کمپرسور با عیوب متفاوت، داده های موردنظر برای شروع پردازش سیگنال حاصل شدند. پس از تحلیل داده ها و یافتن معیار تشخیص الگوی عیوب، یک ماشین بردار پشتیبان برای تفکیک عیوب، آموزش داده شد. روش ارائهشده در پایان آزمایش گردید و نتایج حاصل از سیستم آموزش دیده، عیوب را بهصورت کامل و صحیح تفکیک کرد.

بررسی عملکرد آیرودینامیکی یک مدل تجربی بال شکلپذیر با طول دهنۀ متغیر
در تحقیق حاضر، طرح شکلپذیر بال با طول دهنۀ متغیر روی بال یک پهپاد بهمنظور دستیابی به عملکرد بهینه در رژیمهای مختلف پروازی در تونل باد مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. برای اجرای این طرح، یک بال شکلپذیر بههمراه مکانیزمهای مربوط به آن طراحی، ساخته و تست شده است. آزمایشها در یک تونل باد سرعتپایین در سرعتهای 35، 60 و 80 متر بر ثانیه در محدودۀ عدد رینولدز بین 250×〖10〗^3 تا 620×〖10〗^3 انجامگرفته است. برای اجرای طرح شکلپذیر، تغییر طول بال نسبت به بال پایه، 38 درصد و میزان تغییر ضریب منظری نیز 74 درصد میباشد. نتایج تجربی نشاندهندۀ بهبود ویژگیهای آیرودینامیکی بال شکلپذیر نسبت به بال پایه میباشد، این مسئله به فرم کاهش پسای القایی و نیروی رانش موردنیاز و افزایش ضریب برآ، راندمان آیرودینامیکی و افزایش مداومت و برد پرواز ظاهرشده است. طبق نتایج، مداومت و برد پروازی بال شکلپذیر نسبت به بال پایه بهترتیب 17 و 5 درصد افزایش داشته است. مطالعات تجربی انجامشده نشان میدهد که بیشترین راندمان آیرودینامیکی مدل بال در زاویۀ حمله 4 درجه و حداکثر مقدار آن 8/14 برای بال پایه، 3/16 برای بال شکلپذیر با افزایش طول 50 درصد(5 سانتیمتر) و 4/17 درصد برای بال شکلپذیر با افزایش طول 100 درصد
(10 سانتیمتر) میباشد. در این تحقیق همچنین نشان داده شده است که چگونه میتوان از طرح بال شکلپذیر بهعنوان یک روش جایگزین برای کنترل حرکات غلت بهجای روش کنترل غلت سنتی (سطوح کنترل شهپر) استفاده نمود. بهنحوی که در مقایسه با کنترل غلت معمولی استفاده از روش طول متغیر قدرت کنترل غلت را افزایش خواهد داد.

تحلیل ارتعاشات آزاد تیر هدفمند دوار باریکشوندۀ دو طرفه با استفاده از تئوری اولر-برنولی و روش تبدیل دیفرانسیلی
در این مقاله ارتعاشات آزاد تیر هدفمند دوار باریکشوندۀ دو طرفه بررسی شده است. تحلیل ارتعاشات تیر با استفاده از تئوری اولر- برنولی انجام شده است. فرض می شود خواص تیر در راستای ضخامت آن با استفاده از تابع توانی تغییر می کند. معادلات حاکم با استفاده از اصل همیلتون استخراج شده است. فرکانس های طبیعی تیر با استفاده از روش تبدیل دیفرانسیلی بهدست آمده و اثر ضرایب باریکشوندگی، پارامتر های بی بعد سرعت دورانی، شعاع هاب و شاخص جزء حجمی بر فرکانس طبیعی تیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل در قالب چندین جدول و شکل ارائه شده و برای صحتسنجی، با نتایج کارهای گذشته مقایسه شده است. مقایسۀ انجامشده نشاندهندۀ این واقعیت است که فرکانس های طبیعی تیر اولر- برنولی دوار باریکشوندۀ دو طرفه ساخته شده از مواد هدفمند با استفاده از روش تبدیل دیفرانسیلی با دقت بالایی حاصل می شود. بهعلاوه نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد پارامترهای سرعت دورانی، ضریب باریکشوندگی ارتفاعی و شاخص جزء حجمی اثر مهمی بر فرکانس طبیعی اینگونه تیرها دارند. اثر پارامتر شعاع هاب و ضریب باریکشوندگی عرضی نیز قابل چشمپوشی می باشد.

بررسی تجربی اثر موقعیت برجک زیردریایی بر رفتار جریان پایین دست آن
در این پژوهش اثر موقعیت برجک بر روی بدنۀ زیردریایی بر رفتار جریان پاییندست برجک بهصورت تجربی در تونل باد بررسی شده است. برای اندازهگیری میدان جریان سهبعدی از پراب پنج حفره استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که پراب پنج حفره بهخوبی قادر به تعیین ویژگیهای گردابۀ نعلاسبی میباشد. همچنین مشخص شد که گردابۀ نعلاسبی با حرکت برجک بهسمت دماغه کوچکتر میشود. هرچه برجک روی بدنه نزدیک به دماغه نصب شود، گردابۀ وارد شده به جریان پروانه اثر نامطلوب کمتری دارد.

بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ضریب نفوذ رطوبت در خشک شدن سرامیک رسی و تبیین مدل تحلیلی فرآیند
در این مقاله ضریب نفوذ رطوبت بهعنوان یک پارامتر مؤثر در توصیف خشک شدن سرامیک رسی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر ضریب نفوذ مؤثر، درجۀ حرارت (C °40-60-80)، رطوبت نسبی (%30-50-70) و سرعت جریان هوا
(ms-1 1-2-3) در نظر گرفته شده و اثرات آنها بر رفتار خشک شدن سرامیک بررسی گردیده است. در این تحقیق، آزمایشها بهصورت فاکتوریل کامل طراحی شده است و طی هر آزمایش، کاهش جرم و کاهش حجم نمونه بهترتیب توسط ترازو و دوربین های متصل به کامپیوتر، ثبت می شود. ضریب نفوذ مؤثر از مقایسۀ مقدار تحلیلی معادلۀ فیک و مقادیر تجربی و استفاده از الگوریتم تازه گسترشیافتۀ کرم شبتاب محاسبه شد که در این الگوریتم تابع هدف، کاهش مقدار خطا بین مقادیر تحلیلی و مقادیر تجربی است. بررسیهای آماری و آنالیز واریانس ضریب نفوذ مؤثر نشان داد که پارامترهای سرعت، دما و رطوبت محیط خشک کن بهصورت مستقل از یکدیگر بر فرآیند خشک-شدن تأثیر دارند و همچنین بیشترین تأثیر بر روی ضریب نفوذ مؤثر بهترتیب مربوط به درجۀ حرارت، سرعت وزش و رطوبت محیط است. مقایسۀ نتایج این تحقیق و مطالعات سایر محققان، حاکی از 97% تطابق و کاربردی بودن این روش در محاسبۀ ضریب نفوذ مؤثر در فرآیندهای خشک شدن سرامیک است.

تلفیق مبانی فازی و یادگیری تقویتی در کنترل سیستمهای دینامیکی
یادگیری تقویتی، روشی است که در آن عامل یا عاملان باتوجه به یکسری پاداشهای مثبت و یا منفی، یک عمل بهینه را انجام میدهند. این روش، زمانی کارایی بسیار بالایی خواهد داشت که مدل سیستم بهصورت طبیعی موجود نباشد و یا بهدست آوردن آن موجب زحمت فراوان گردد. در این صورت میتوان، آن را جایگزین مناسبی برای منطقهای کنترلی دیگر دانست. یکی از معایب اساسی این روش، استفاده از عملهای گسسته در حین انجام آن میباشد. این در حالی است که خیلی از سیستمهای دینامیکی با چنین رویکردی، عملکرد بهینهای نخواهند داشت. برای جبران این نقیصه، رویکردهای متفاوتی از جمله تقریب مقادیر ظهور پیدا می کنند. در این مقاله از منطق فازی برای پیوسته کردن عملهای بهینه استفاده شده است. در این حالت، سیستم یادگیری تقویتی، قوانین بین کنترلکنندۀ فازی را در جهت نیل به بهینهترین عمل تنظیم مینماید و به این ترتیب می تواند عملهای پیوستهای را تولید نماید. به این منظور مدل یک آونگ معکوس در سیم مکانیکس در نظر گرفته شده است که توسط کنترلکننده طراحی شده است و حرکت آن در دو حالت کنترل زاویۀ آونگ و کنترل کامل آونگ و ارابه مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. نتایج بهدست آمده نشان می دهند، هوش مصنوعی بهکار گرفته شده بهجای انتخاب قوانین موجود، می تواند کارایی بالاتری در کنترل سیستم های دینامیکی داشته باشد.

مدلسازی عددی بویلر نیروگاه توس بهمنظور امکانسنجی افزایش راندمان
در این مقاله، بهمنظور امکان سنجی افزایش راندمان و کاهش تولید آلاینده ها، بویلر نیروگاه توس مشهد با استفاده از شبیه سازی رایانه ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای این منظور، ابتدا وضعیت فعلی بویلر نیروگاه با سوخت مازوت شبیهسازی شده و نتایج عددی با نتایج اندازه گیری های تجربی موجود در نیروگاه مقایسه گردیده اند که تطابق خوبی بین آنها مشاهده شده است. سپس اثر پارامترهای مختلف از جمله قطر ذرات سوخت پاشش شده، دبی هوای ورودی و جهات چرخش هوای ورودی از مشعل های بویلر بر راندمان حرارتی و میزان تولید آلاینده های اکسیدهای ازت (ناکس) و دوده بررسی شده است. آرایش مناسبی برای چرخش هوای ورودی از 9 مشعل نیروگاه با استفاده از شبیه سازی عددی معرفی شده است که باعث افزایش راندمان و عمر بویلر خواهد شد.

بررسی عددی و تجربی آیرودینامیک پرۀ کوادرتور در جریان با رینولدزهای کم
در این تحقیق یک پره در جریان با رینولدزهای کم توسط روش های عددی و تجربی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و منحنی های مشخصۀ آن استخراج شده است. در روش تجربی، حالت استاتیکی توسط دستگاه اندازه گیری نیروی پیشران، در دورهای مختلف مورد بررسی و آزمایش قرار گرفته و منحنی های مشخصه نیروی پیشران، توان مصرفی موتور، جریان و ولتاژ ثبت گردیده است. همچنین با توجه به اهمیت حوزۀ جریان در اطراف پره، به طور عددی بررسی استاتیکی و دینامیکی شبیه سازی جریان عبوری از روی یک پرۀ کوادرتور پرداخته شده و علاوه بر نتایج آیرودینامیکی روی پره، نتایج در حوزۀ حل نیز مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. در روش عددی، با استفاده از نرم افزار تجاری فلوئنت بر مبنای حجم محدود با فرض جریان غیر قابل تراکم و لزج و استفاده از مدل آشفتگی شبیه سازی انجام شده است. در این تحقیق منحنی های مشخصۀ پرۀ روتور توسط این دو روش استخراج شدهاند و مقایسۀ نتایج عددی و تجربی تطابق خوبی را نشان میدهد که صحت اندازه گیری و شبیه سازی عددی را تأیید می نماید. با توجه به شبیه سازی حوزۀ جریان اطراف پره توسط روش عددی، فاصلۀ تأثیرگذار جریان اطراف پره بهمنظور قرار گرفتن در ساختار یک کوادرتور مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
